Overview

The International Sahaja Public School, situated in the majestic Himalayan foothills above Dharamshala in Northern India, is a remarkable institution blessed by Shri Mataji for nurturing young yogis. What sets ISPS apart is its daily practice of collective meditation, allowing students to experience the rising of their own kundalini and the awakening of divine qualities within them. This unique environment for spiritual growth is unparalleled elsewhere.
The school offers a well-rounded education that includes ample physical exercise, various creative outlets, a strong sense of collectivity, and, most importantly, abundant opportunities for meditation. The educational system is rooted in our innate spiritual potential and is inspired by the teachings of the revered H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
Admissions are now open for the 2023-24 session, with applications accepted until February 15th, 2023. If you are seeking a holistic education imbued with spirituality, we encourage you to submit an application for new admission.
Nestled in Talnoo, Dharamshala, a serene location embraced by the Dhaulagiri mountain range, the school boasts breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks on one side and panoramic vistas of valleys below on the other. These awe-inspiring surroundings not only symbolize the protective presence of the Divine but also enhance the beauty of the school buildings.
The International Sahaja Public School was founded in 1990, initially enrolling twenty children from Europe, India, and Australia. This initiative emerged from the aspirations of children and parents seeking an education in an atmosphere of purity, away from the increasing turbulence of modern society. Over the years, the campus has expanded with the addition of three more large buildings, accommodating the growing number of students and fulfilling the vision of the school.
