Takshila was found on 8th of February 2009 by Ms. Shailja Kashyap who is a professional educator with proven expertise in teaching curriculum development, supervision, and programme development. Before starting Takshila she worked for different boarding and day boarding schools of the country.
with 22 years’ rich experience in teaching and management initiatives, optimizing the learning atmosphere, staff development and promoting a safe environment, she has a proven record for exceeding faculty goals through effective internal and external communication, and a firm commitment to student-centered learning. She firmly believes that she owes a lot to the community and sees contributing to improving education standards as a step in fulfilling that desire. She sees this as a lifelong commitment to serving her people.
