The headquarters of the University is located in Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Dharamshala is a place with a profile and is known worldwide. The serene Location, pleasant climatic conditions, and spiritual atmosphere of the location provide an attractive ambiance conducive to academic pursuits.
Permanent Campuses:
The University will have two distinct campuses located in Dharamshala and Dehra, both in the Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh, as under
Beas Campus: Located in Dehra, it will have such Schools/Departments/Centres as may be decided by the University and may have the infrastructure for about 70 percent of the academic activities of the University.
Dhauladhar Campus: Located in Dharamshala, it will have such Schools/ Departments/ Centres as may be decided by the University and may have the infrastructure for about 30 percent of the academic activities of the University.
The Land for both the Campuses of the University has already been identified and the proposal for clearance under the Forest Conservation Act (FCA), as approved by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, has already been submitted to the Ministry of Environment & Forest, Government of India.
